We are seeking a dependable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing facility.
*Responsibilities include:*
– Supervising nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs)
– Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care
– Acting as the clinical decision-maker and communication point
– Monitoring resident conditions, supporting medication management, and infection control
– Addressing staffing and operational issues in real time
– Ensuring proper documentation and incident follow-up
*Qualifications include:*
– Current RN license in New Mexico
– Preferably prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience
– Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
