- Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality resident care, acting as the clinical decision-maker, monitoring resident conditions, supporting medication and infection control practices, and addressing staffing needs.
- Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and experience in long-term care is a plus.
