RN Weekend Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with healthcare providers.

Manage medication, documentation, infection control, and staffing issues in real-time.

Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekends and promote teamwork and professionalism.
