RN Weekend Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Provide supervision and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care in accordance with regulations.

Act as the clinical decision-maker and main contact during weekends, monitoring resident conditions and coordinating with providers.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs in real time.

Ensure compliance, promote teamwork, and handle incident follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications include an active RN license in New Mexico, with preferred experience in supervision and long-term care. Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
