Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, with shift details discussed at interview. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, monitoring resident conditions, managing medication and documentation, addressing staffing issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications: RN license in NM, previous supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and experience in long-term care is a plus.
