RN Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with providers as needed.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real-time.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and ensure incident follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications: RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, strong assessment and leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
