We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Socorro, NM.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care
- Making clinical decisions and coordinating with providers
- Managing medication, documentation, and infection control
- Addressing staffing and operational issues in real-time
- Promoting teamwork and accountability
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- Prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care is a plus
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
