RN Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to oversee nursing operations during weekends in a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekend shifts, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with providers.

Support medication management, documentation accuracy, and infection control practices.

Address staffing needs and operational issues in real-time, promoting teamwork and professionalism.

Ensure safety, incident follow-up, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, strong assessment and leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
