Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) – Pulmonary
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Role Overview: The Triage Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs via inbound and outbound calls, providing education, managing immediate and ongoing care, and coordinating testing, referrals, and insurance authorizations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct phone triage, perform clinical assessments, educate patients, manage care needs, and maintain exam rooms.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, self-starter with stress management skills, ability to lift up to 40 lbs., effective communication in English, preferred office RN and BSN.
