Role: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) – Pulmonary
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs via inbound and outbound calls, provide education, perform clinical assessments, manage testing, insurance pre-authorizations, and referrals. Handle phone triage, maintain exam rooms, and support acute and preventative care.
Qualifications: Valid Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification (AHA), office RN experience and BSN preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, handle high-stress situations, and perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Skills: Strong customer service, active listening, problem-solving, clinical assessment, and effective communication skills.
