Position: RN Triage – OBGYN
Location: 1220 Hobson Road, Naperville
Part-time role: 24 hours/week with hours M-W-F, 8:30-5
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient voicemails and communicate directly with patients via phone or Mychart to assess care needs.
- Conduct telephone assessments using nursing skills, provide medical advice, and evaluate patient understanding.
- Identify high-risk symptoms and direct patients to emergency services immediately.
- Arrange appointments for non-emergency patients requiring physician care.
- Escort patients, record vital signs, and prepare them for exams or procedures.
- Assist with immunizations, diagnostic procedures, and specimen collection.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Science and 1 year of telephone triage experience.
