Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) – General Surgery
Location: Naperville, IL
Responsibilities: Under supervision, provide patient care via telephone triage, including assessing caller needs, patient education, continuous Glucose Monitor management, insurance pre-authorizations, referrals, and maintaining exam rooms. Manage acute and preventative patient needs with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification (AHA), preferred Office RN and BSN, ability to handle high-stress situations, physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs., and communicate effectively in English.
Key Duties: Phone triage, patient education, monitor placement, testing, and administrative tasks.
