Position: RN Triage – Centralized Triage
Location: On-site in Warrenville, IL
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturday rotation
Responsibilities: Provide patient care via inbound and outbound telephone triage, assess caller needs, deliver education, and manage immediate and ongoing health concerns with a focus on acute and preventative interventions.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of physician practice operations, professional telephone etiquette, ability to handle high-stress situations, excellent time management, basic computer skills, and 35 WPM typing proficiency.
Key Duties: Demonstrate positive customer relationships, actively listen, perform clinical assessments, and support patient needs effectively.
