Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Stepdown, responsible for providing patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care with other departments, evaluate care effectiveness, and maintain standards aligned with organizational mission and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN), current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure, BLS certification, and preferred hospital or specialty experience.
Skills and Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical movements like reaching, bending, and twisting.
