Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care by assessing patient conditions, recognizing deviations, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to meet unit goals. Duties may vary by shift or unit.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree in nursing; BSN required within 5 years
- Current Illinois RN license
- Current CPR (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
