This full-time nursing leadership position offers a 12-hour shift schedule (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) three days per week, including rotating weekends and holidays, with a shift differential of $3.50/hour.
It involves overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and meeting residents’ medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
**Requirements:** Graduate of an accredited nursing school, valid PA license, at least 1 year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and IV therapy skills.
**Responsibilities:** Conduct resident rounds, administer medications, assist with care planning, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
