Full-time nursing leadership role overseeing resident care in a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA.
Schedule: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, three days/week with rotating weekends and holidays, plus a $3.50/hour shift differential.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing resident assessments and care plans, administering IV therapy, and addressing operational issues through resident rounds.
Requirements: Valid PA nursing license, at least 1 year in long-term care, CPR certification, and experience with medication administration and IV therapy.
