Seeking a full-time RN Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, working 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM three days/week with rotating weekends and holidays.
**Shift differential of $3.50/hour applies.**
**Responsibilities include:**
Overseeing and supervising nursing care to ensure compliance with regulationsDeveloping and maintaining resident assessments and care plansMaking resident rounds and addressing operational issuesAdministering IV therapy and medicationsSupervising LPNs and Nursing AssistantsAssisting with scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions**Requirements:**
