We are seeking a RN Supervisor for a 132-bed Long Term Care facility, overseeing nursing services during evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities include managing resident care from admission to discharge, collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and staff, and utilizing independent judgment to achieve clinical outcomes.
Qualifications include experience in IV medications, respiratory assessments, and treatments.
