We are hiring an RN Supervisor for a 132-bed Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility, offering full and part-time positions with evening and night shifts, including 8, 12, or 16-hour options to support work-life balance.
Oversee nursing services during off-shifts, ensuring quality care from admission to discharge.
Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and staff to achieve clinical outcomes.
Manage IV medications, respiratory assessments, treatments, and medication pass routines.
Utilize independent judgment and problem-solving to lead the nursing team effectively.
