Seeking an RN Supervisor for a 132-bed Long Term Care facility on a 36-acre campus. This full-time role involves overseeing nursing services during evenings, nights, and some weekends, managing resident care from admission to discharge, and collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and staff to achieve clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include managing IV medications, respiratory assessments, and medication passes, utilizing independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
