*Position:* RN Supervisor (Full-time/Part-time)
*Responsibilities:*
Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring proper resident care and adherence to care plans.
Administer medications, monitor resident health, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Develop work assignments, provide training, and ensure compliance with physician orders.
Participate in new resident orientation and monitor direct care provided by staff.
Maintain a respectful, supportive work environment aligned with Christian values.*Requirements:*
Current, active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handle emergencies, and participate in continuing education.*Benefits:*
