_Responsibilities include:_
Leading nursing staff, ensuring quality care and proper training
Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitoring and supervising direct care, including residents with behavioral health needs
Developing work assignments and fostering team collaboration
Participating in resident orientation and ensuring compliance with care plans
Managing staff discipline fairly and consistently
_Qualifications:_
Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Experience preferred but not required; training provided
_Work Environment:_
Involves direct resident care in a dynamic setting
Requires frequent movement, communication, and adaptability
Subject to exposure to health hazards and emergency situations
