Assist in clinical staff supervision, orientation, and daily operations of assigned neighborhoods.

Perform assessments, coordinate with providers, and support interdisciplinary treatment plans.

Mentor staff, develop performance improvement plans, and promote person-centered care.

Ensure proper documentation, manage clinical emergencies, and support regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

Active PA RN license, BSN degree, CPR/BLS, and 3+ years in long-term care management and 2+ years in acute care.

Preferred certifications in Wound Care and Infusion Therapy.
