The RN Supervisor oversees individualized nursing care plans, ensures compliance with regulations, mentors staff, and manages daily operations of assigned neighborhoods. They focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care and implementing innovative nursing practices.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing residents at admission and during ongoing care
Communicating with primary care providers and documenting assessments
Managing urinary catheters, lines, and infusions
Supporting interdisciplinary treatment plans
Reporting events as required and handling clinical emergencies
Mentoring staff and developing performance improvement plans
Maintaining accurate care plans, assessments, and documentation
Qualifications:
Active PA RN license with BSN
Current CPR/BLS certification
3+ years long-term care management experience and 2+ years acute care experience
Preferred certifications in Wound Care and Infusion Therapy
Pay Rate: $46.47/hr
