RN Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:
The Clinical Administration Supervisor in Cardiology and Internal Medicine oversees clinical activities, employee management, and patient care coordination within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in patient care, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.

Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare team members, assisting physicians and ensuring patient education.

Supervise and motivate clinical staff, manage schedules, and enforce policies and protocols.

Ensure regulatory compliance, report concerns promptly, and maintain licensure and certifications.

Enhance patient and provider satisfaction by maintaining professional and courteous interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate from an approved RN program with a valid NY RN license.
– Current BLS certification; cardiovascular care experience required.
– Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, ACLS, outpatient clinic experience, EMR skills, knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock options, and 401k contributions.
