Role: RN Stroke Program Coordinator responsible for overseeing and leading the hospital’s stroke program, ensuring quality patient care across the care continuum.
Responsibilities: Coordinate clinical and administrative operations, maintain regulatory accreditation, respond to Code Strokes, analyze care trends, develop standards and clinical pathways, monitor compliance with guidelines, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support staff education and training.
Qualifications: Illinois RN licensure, Bachelor’s Degree, AHA CPR certification, and preferred 3+ years of neuro/stroke experience.
