Role Overview:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program
– Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
– Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly
– Prolonged standing and walking
– Capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
– BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on position/unit
