Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care within a medical practice, supporting physicians in patient treatment and completing clinical paperwork.
Key Responsibilities: Assists with medical treatments, procedures, and patient education; communicates compassionately with patients, families, visitors, and staff; and performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing school, hold a valid state nursing license, and obtain CPR certification within 90 days.
Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, safety practices, and medical equipment is required.
Ability to react calmly in emergencies, interpret guidelines, communicate effectively, and maintain professional relationships.
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn are necessary.
