Position Overview: This role involves providing professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.
- Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes and evaluate patient progress.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and perform bedside lab testing per protocols.
- Prioritize tasks based on patient needs and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Educate patients considering cultural, age, and developmental factors.
- Promote patient safety, adhere to standards of care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for patients and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Diploma in Nursing required; experience in clinical practice preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies and solve clinical problems efficiently.
