Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients in a healthcare setting, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct ongoing patient assessments, revise care plans based on patient condition changes, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, positive attitude, reasoning, good judgment, and teamwork skills.
