Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing patient needs through ongoing evaluations and updating care plans accordingly.
Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Ensuring patient physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.
Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures.
Exhibiting excellent customer service and positive attitude towards patients.
Utilizing reasoning skills and good judgment in daily tasks.
Communicating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Active RN license in good standing.
Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
CPR certification (must be current).
Strong interpersonal, judgment, and communication skills.
