Coordinate care with departments such as anesthesia, evaluate care effectiveness, and maintain professional accountability. Perform patient assessments via phone or in person, review medical histories, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, current RN license, minimum of 2 years RN experience, and BLS certification. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and teamwork are essential. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and certifications like ACLS and PALS.
