This role requires an RN with at least one year of independent practice, specializing in a department-specific area.
Certifications: ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, ACLS (required in ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, Specialty Procedural areas), PALS (Pediatric areas excluding NICU), and Fetal Monitoring (for L&D RNs).
Additional Requirements: Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring within six months.
Responsibilities: Administer chemotherapy, participate in specialized clinical duties, and provide patient-centered care.
Qualifications: One year of RN experience, relevant certifications, and adherence to mandatory education standards.
