Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Skokie, with travel to nearby hospitals
Role Overview: Provides safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Collaborates with healthcare team members, guides unlicensed staff, and ensures regulatory compliance. Maintains accountability for patient outcomes and communicates effectively to promote optimal care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred
- Valid IL RN license and BLS certification
- Preferred 6 months RN experience in a similar role
- Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective patient care, involving patients and families in planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts
- Make clinical decisions based on therapeutic relationships
