Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Skokie, with travel to nearby hospitals
Role Overview: Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care across patient populations. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, involving patients and families as appropriate. Ensure regulatory compliance and assume responsibility for nursing outcomes. Supervise and guide unlicensed staff, collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an approved nursing program; IL RN License; CPR/BLS certification; preferred 6 months RN experience in a similar role; basic computer skills. BSN degree is preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver interdisciplinary patient care, make clinical decisions, and coordinate team efforts to promote patient safety and well-being.
