Role: Registered Nurse in the Observation Unit, responsible for delivering safe, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
Key Duties: Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; knowledge of EKG interpretation; NIHSS Stroke Scale certification (required).
Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; surgical care experience; ACLS certification; inpatient nursing experience highly preferred.
Work Details: Full-time, 36 hours/week, 7am-7pm shifts, with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.
