We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg teams in a structured career pathway program. This role provides
hands-on experience across diverse inpatient units, including Med/Surg, Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, and Surgical services, fostering the development of critical clinical skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care for adults with various diagnoses and conditions.
- Participating in structured training and mentorship to build confidence and competence.
- Supporting patient recovery through assessments, treatments, and education.
- Potential to transition into specialty units such as ICU, Emergency, or Cardiology after foundational experience.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Missouri or compact).
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
