The RN – Nurse Manager, MSN/MBA oversees 24-hour operations of a clinical department, ensuring high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.
They set and maintain standards for quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Apply advanced nursing and management knowledge to improve clinical performance, team development, and operational efficiency. Promote innovation, cost-effective practices, and performance improvement initiatives. Manage staffing, fiscal resources, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals. Foster shared leadership, develop unit-based teams, and participate in organizational committees. Act as a professional role model, mentor, and resource, supporting evidence-based practice. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), RN licensure, and relevant clinical and supervisory experience. Certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required based on area.
The position is day-shift, with no travel or weekend commitments.
