This staff nurse position offers a sign-on bonus and involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The nurse will operate within organizational policies, uphold standards of practice, and coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications include a graduate of a nursing program, with new graduates eligible to apply. A current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license and BLS certification are required. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of hospital nursing experience, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced certifications in specialty areas. The role is based at Piedmont Augusta Hospital.
