Key Responsibilities:
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring high-quality care.
- Foster a respectful, collaborative environment, engaging in performance improvement, research, and shared governance.
- Lead and apply evidence-based practices, participate in care decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan proactively across patient care journeys, shape protocols, and optimize resource use.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required), with national specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, proficient in computer data entry, with familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing fast-paced, emergency situations calmly.
