Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
- 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
