Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies. They will advocate for patients, respond to their needs, and support patient and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care.
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate care plans with team members.
- Address patient concerns, provide education, and serve as a resource for health-related information.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing growth and leadership development.
- Mentor and support colleagues, promote a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN license, either single-state or multi-state compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
