Role: RN MedSurg
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and support safe discharges
