Role: Provides direct patient care in an acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing nursing best practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities include: Prioritizing patient wellness, ensuring safety and quality at the point of care, precepting new staff, and maintaining evidence-based practice standards.
Qualifications: RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred), minimum 6 months RN experience, and BLS certification. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
