Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical unit, responsible for providing patient care using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure in Missouri or compact license, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience preferred.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical movements like reaching and bending as needed for nursing duties. Preferred additional certifications and specialty experience.
