Role Overview: Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) supporting a multi-campus care team, delivering personalized, evidence-based care while fostering teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring exemplary patient outcomes.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment and participate in performance improvement and research initiatives.
- Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
- Lead evidence-based practices, support patient safety, and help develop care protocols.
- Plan proactively for patient care, optimize resource use, and improve patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort managing clinical emergencies with professionalism.
