RN Med Surg – 1A – Live Well Homecare

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med Surg department works night shifts from 1830 to 0700, providing safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational training.

They demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking while adhering to departmental policies and organizational standards.

The RN collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and an exceptional care experience.

Applicants should be a new graduate or a registered nurse in good standing, licensed in Arkansas, with a preferred BSN.

Basic knowledge and skills are required, with specialty education provided as needed.

CPR is mandatory; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required depending on the unit.

This role offers 72 hours bi-weekly work hours.
