RN LPN Evening Supervisor

This is a new full-time position for an RN/LPN Evening Supervisor in Pittsfield, MA, offering $32.50-$44.50/hr.

Lead and coordinate nursing activities during the evening shift, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation using Point Click Care.

Manage staffing schedules, delegate tasks, and mentor nursing staff.

Maintain infection control and deliver excellent customer service to residents and families.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and staff duties as needed.

Requirements include an active MA RN or LPN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and prior supervisory or team management experience.
