Position Overview:

This full-time night shift role involves working 36 hours weekly in a high-energy Labor & Birth unit, specializing in Obstetrics, Mother Baby, Well Newborn Care, and Post Women’s Surgical care.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care across various departments such as Labor & Birth, Antepartum, and OB Emergency, with potential to float based on patient needs.

Key unit features include multiple birthing and postpartum rooms, high-risk antepartum, OBED, and OR suites, supported by full-time Lactation Consultants. The hospital is a leading maternity provider in the region.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with prolonged standing and walking
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire; additional certifications may be required
